Duotrope.com - Duotrope is an online database of writers' markets. It's very well-organised and highly accessible, with both alphabetical listings and a simple form-based search engine to help you find the perfect publication.
Impish Idea - II has some great articles and opinion pieces on the writing process, including advice on plotting, characterisation and creating a believable fantasy world. It's also a non-paying short fiction market and critique group, and dedicates some of its time to dissecting the Eragon and Twilight series.
